[Note: For this product, there are different color combinations available. However, most of them are similar as shown in the pictures above. We would send whichever combination we have in stock.]
Shipping Options
Option 1:
Qxpress or NinjaVan: Trackable shipping in 2-3 business days.
Option 2:
Store Pick-up: Free (no min. spend). Available for pick-up in 3 days. For example, order on Monday by 8am, receive by Wednesday 12pm. If order falls on weekends or public holidays, it will be processed on the next working day.

- Jockey Store (11am to 9pm, daily incl. PH and weekends): CityLink Mall #B1-53
- Hush Puppies Retail Stores (11am to 9.30pm, Daily incl. PH and weekends): Marina Square #02-150/151, AMK Hub #01-27/28, IMM Outlet Mall #01-61/62.
Exchange Policy For Undergarments
- We will honour exchanges for size only (no change of style or colour) within 15 days of purchase. One-time exchange only, and no refunds are allowed.
- Do note that we dispose off all exchanged items that have been sent back to us. This is for hygiene reasons and there are no exceptions.
- Please ensure that you send back your item in good condition and with no damage to packaging.
How:
- First, please email us at [email protected] with a picture of your item and the included invoice slip (physical copy). Also, please let us know which size you'd like to change to, and your preferred method for exchange.
Method 1:
- Send us your item via trackable delivery to our office address (17 Bukit Batok Street 22, Singapore 659587) at your cost. Please also include the invoice slip that came with your package.
- We will send back your exchanged item via courier service at our cost once we have received your returned parcel.
Method 2:
- You may exchange your item at one of our retail stores. Please include in your email to us which retail store you’d like to do the exchange. Give us 3 days to get the exchanged item to the store of your choice.
