- Hisense is not responsible for the incompatibility of purchased TVs with third-party wall mounts during the installation and wall mounting process.

- Hisense is not responsible for any inconsistencies or damage to the TV purchased due to wall mounting services provided by external installers.

Warranty

- All Hisense TVs purchased from Hisense’s official store and certified partners enjoy up to 3-year official local warranty.

- No action is required by the customer to register for warranty, the warranty period is counted based on the delivery date not purchased date.

- Customer only need to provide the Order ID (Official Store) / Invoice Number (Certified Partner) to claim for warranty.
