* Delivery time

Delivery Time: It normally it will take about 3~7 working days to deliver.

If there is a delay in the delivery date of the order, we will notify you further, please excuse if any inconvenience caused.

Extra Service Fee (applied to bulky products):

If climbing of stairs is required upon delivery of goods，

1. Elevator is free;

2. For staircase, each product on each floor plus 5 $. For example: one mattress to third floor via staircase costs (5$ * 3)*1 = 15$; two mattress to third floor via staircase (5$ * 3)*2 = 30$

Customers please take note of your own residential if reach 5.5 Tons & together with products, are they able to enter elevators, corridors and entrance etc.

* Color/Quality of the Products

All products are taken as it is, but due to camera technology, lighting and other factors, actual products may vary slightly different from photo. Actual products shall prevail.

* Delivery Confirmation

We arrange pre-shipment inspection to provide quality control before shipped out.

Please inspect the products in person upon receiving,please check carefully the outer packaging before signing.

Do not sign if during inspection you found a number of pieces not in place or if there is a transport damaged to the products, please ask us for help immediately instead.

* After-Sales Service

1. if there is problem of receiving the products or during installation and usage, we will provide you with professional guidance.

2. We will accept returned of product within 7 days if found there is quality problems (not cause by careless handling; man-made reason), after investigation has been done. Refund time limit for 7~14 working days.
