1. Unboxing & assembly TV on table-top or console cabinet or exchange old TV in the wall
2. Transfer the port inputs (USD, HDMI) from old TV to New TV
3. Pair-Up the TV Remote Control (via Bluetooth)
4. WiFi Account / ID Search-Check (Exclude Connection, signal, stability check)
5. Local TV Channel Search (Exclude Channel Searching)
3. Free Exchange Old TV On The Wall (Reuse back old TV bracket)
- Swap your old TV with our Hisense TVs on the wall at no extra cost.
- Available for Hisense TV models 43" and above

- Hisense is not responsible for the incompatibility of purchased TVs with third-party wall mounts during the installation and wall mounting process.
- Hisense is not responsible for any inconsistencies or damage to the TV purchased due to wall mounting services provided by external installers.
Warranty
- All Hisense TVs purchased from Hisense’s official store and certified partners enjoy up to 3-year official local warranty.
- No action is required by the customer to register for warranty, the warranty period is counted based on the delivery date not purchased date.
- Customer only need to provide the Order ID (Official Store) / Invoice Number (Certified Partner) to claim for warranty.
