   2. Do not want item(s) anymore (Change of Mind). If you have changed your mind and would like to return your item(s), please note that we only accept return that:

3. Damaged/faulty item(s): This return reason requires approval from an LG technician. Please contact us via platform chat to arrange an onsite check before raising your request.
